3. Use of Service

Tech Forged's services are governed by the following:

• Users must provide truthful and comprehensive information for custom builds.

• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

• Confirmation via email from the customer is required to proceed with quoted parts and costs.
  

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are in AUD. Full payment is required before commencement of any custom build, via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Victoria, with delivery times subject to variation. Tech Forged is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund and Returns Policy provides detailed information on returns and refunds, emphasizing that, with the exception of damaged goods, refunds or returns are not available once items have been paid for.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tech Forged shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from these Terms and Conditions or in connection with our website.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Tech Forged and its employees from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Consumer Guarantees and Warranties

Tech Forged products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We provide post-purchase support and maintenance subscriptions that extend beyond the minimum requirements.

15. Cancellation and Order Changes

Once an order has been confirmed and parts ordered by the supplier, cancellations are not possible. We strive to complete and test computers within 14 days of purchase/order confirmation, communicating any delays accordingly.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The terms are governed by Australian Consumer Law and the laws of Victoria, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
