Returns for Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your product arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing nigel@techforged.com.au. Kindly include proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Upon notification, we will assess the product. Confirmed defects will be addressed through repair, replacement, or a refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

Given the bespoke nature of our custom-built computers, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for changes of mind after payment has been made and the build process has begun. This policy underscores the custom and tailored approach to our product offerings.

Subscription Maintenance Services

For systems under our subscription maintenance services, additional support and maintenance beyond the basic warranty are available. These services are designed to provide peace of mind and ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your custom-built system.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and parts procurement has commenced, cancellations are not possible. We understand the importance of getting your build right; therefore, we require a confirmation via email from the customer before proceeding with the quoted parts and costs.

We strive to complete all builds and conduct thorough testing within 14 days of order confirmation. Should there be any delays, customers will be promptly informed.

General Conditions

• Our policy respects and upholds your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.

• Returns for reasons other than damage or manufacturing faults are at our discretion. Items showing signs of misuse may not be eligible for return.
